A Standard Overnight includes 12 hours of dedicated, in-home presence providing refined, full-service care, steady companionship, and seamless attention to both your pet and home — along with thoughtful, detailed updates to keep you fully connected and reassured.

What is included in a Premium Overnight stay?

A Premium Overnight offers 13–16 hours of extended, elevated in-home presence for clients who desire additional time, deeper continuity of care, and an enhanced concierge experience — including extended engagement, grooming support, medication assistance, and comprehensive, highly detailed updates.

Both overnight options provide a steady, soothing presence — ideal for pets who thrive on consistency, especially kittens and seniors. All care is provided personally by Amy. Never subcontracted.

What can my pet expect during overnight care?

Dedicated, full-service overnight companionship providing comfort, safety, and steady reassurance
A minimum of three structured walks or purposeful potty breaks daily
Customized feeding routines aligned with your pet’s established schedule
Professional medication administration, when needed (available as a $5/day add-on)

How much do your services cost?

How do I reserve care?

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures all bookings, including holidays and multi-day services. Dates are officially reserved once the deposit is received.

Remaining balances are due as follows:
• Standard bookings: 48 hours prior
• Holiday/Peak bookings: 7 days prior

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash, PayPal (Friends & Family), Venmo.

Full payment is required prior to services. Pricing is customized to align with your pet’s specific needs and level of care.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard bookings require 72 hours’ notice
Holiday/Peak bookings require 7 days’ notice

Late cancellations or no-shows result in full payment retained.
